A web platform to discover, create, track, and evaluate Digital Public Good projects against the DPG Standard. Features AI-powered compliance assessment using GPT-4o across all 9 DPG criteria, GitHub webhook integration that re-evaluates on PR merges, SDG-based categorisation, community contribution tracking, and multi-format data export. Built with SvelteKit, Supabase, and a swappable provider architecture for platform independence.

Strongest approval angle: An infrastructure DPG that lowers the barrier for African accelerator cohorts to reach DPG approval - operationalising the DPGA Standard with automated code-evidence evaluation and a structured non-financial contribution channel. Differentiates from DIAL's catalog (curation of existing solutions) by being a workflow tool for projects on the path to approval. Critical blockers: Platform Independence, Do No Harm.
